            To ensure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general publ, and that donors and prospective donors 

can have full confidence, we assure the following :

• To be informed of the Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ® mission, of the way the Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ®intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes as defined in the Registered Trust Deed of the Trust
• Donations contributed will be used to meet towards Vedic Education and Health care, Gou Shala operations of the Trust.
• To be informed of the identity of those serving on the Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ®s governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its responsibilities
• To have access to the Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ®'s most recent financial statements
• To receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition
• To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and confidentiality to the extent provided by law
• To expect that all relationships with individuals representing the  Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ®,may to the donor will be professional
• To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization,Feel or hired solicitors
• To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that the Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ® may intend to share
• Feel free to ask questions when donating and to receive prompt, truthful, and forthright answers

Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust ® reserves the right to refuse service or cancel participation without reason, including

 but not limited to, inability to pay fees, unacceptable behavior, or failure to comply with these terms.

Refunds will only be given if the event is canceled by Sri Guru Dattatreya Charitable Trust® 

due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics. In such cases, a full refund will be 

issued within 30 days of the event being cancelled.

Participants wishing to cancel their registration must do so before the start of the event. Cancellations made after the start of the event will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

In case of refunds, the process will take up to 30 days. This is because the money raised through the event goes towards

 supporting children's education and needs to be accounted for properly.

All participants who meet the criteria set out above are eligible for refunds and cancellations.

In cases where the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refunds or cancellations will be considered. the
